New NABCO Entrances President & CEO

NABCO Entrances introduces Shimon Okado as the new President and CEO of NABCO Entrances, effective March 1^st. Shimon joined NABCO as Executive Vice President on January 1^st and will succeed Mr. Yasuhiko Kawabata who will return to NABCO Entrances’ parent company Nabtesco Corporation in Japan at the end of February.

Shimon was General Manager of Global Business Planning and Management Department at Accessibility Innovations Company, Nabtesco Corporation. As a head of the international automatic door business, Shimon has played the integral role of enhancing business growth with current local entities and developing a synergistic platform within its international operations. Prior to joining Nabtesco, Shimon was a long-term representative and Managing Director of Guardian Japan Limited, wholly owned by Guardian Industries Corporation, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of flat glass headquartered in Michigan.
